Jute Canvas
The finest jute product, closely woven of the best grades of fiber. Jute Canvas is widely used in India for protection from the weather. Canvas is the heavy fabric of the tarpaulin variety available in a wide range of construction & weights. It is a plain weave fabric of fine quality, which is relatively inexpensive compared to canvas made from other fibers. Canvas is a very heavy woven cloth and so is the tarpaulin. Many other classes of cloths are woven with jute yarn with various weave-geometry weights and are much heavier than sacking cloths. Usage:-
Canvas is used mainly for coverings on a multi-dimensional scale. It is used for the manufacture of different types of bags including postal mail bags, high quality seed bags. Bitumen coated tarpaulin bags are used in the fertilizer industry. Postal bags are made from D. W. Canvas and scrim lamination with paper polythene is used in mines.

Jute Carpet Backing Cloth
Carpet backing cloth or cbc as it is commonly known as, commensurate to its name, is used as base material for carpets or as the backing material of carpets. Jute Yarn
Jute yarn is a material, which is spun and prepared for use in weaving, knitting, manufacturing sewing thread, or the like. Most of the single strand jute yarn produced is consumed by the mills themselves in fabric and twine manufacture. Jute twine in varying weights and thickness is, however, used extensively both in india and abroad for sewing, tying, and for a variety of industrial applications such as packing pipe joints, cable binding, etc. Jute yarn may have single or multiple ply. It is usually bleached, dyed, processed to serve various purposes. Sturdy yarn is usually machine spun and hand dyed. Jute yarn is also available in different colors and compositions. Jute Hessian Cloth Or Burlap
Jute hessian also termed as burlap is a finer quality jute fabric that has been long used as the most preferred packaging material for all kinds of goods. A plain weave cloth made wholly of jute with single warp and weft interwoven weighing not more than 576 grms/m2. All types of standard and non-standard hessian cloth vary from 4 oz to 14 oz in weight. Width upto 200 c. M. , construction as per customer specification and requirements. Also available in "dyed", or "bleached" form and treated with vegetable oil, burlap meets the latest international standards for food safety. It is a plain cloth woven from jute fabrics with single warp and weft, available as :- | Plain | Treated (Rot Proof) | Custom Printed | Usage :- Burlap may be used as squares, sheets, liners, jute hessian, bags, tobacco wraps, tubing, jute hessian blankets, camouflage jute hessian and general packing materials for commodities such as cotton and wool. Jute hessian cloth is generally used for packing or wrapping materials for agricultural products such as tea, coffee, onion, potato, rice, wheat, wool, cotton and tobacco, sugar, pulses in tailor-made bags and also in the upholstery industry. Jute is also used for packing of machinaries, nuts & bolts. hessian tapes & gaps :hessian cloth is woven with gaps at regular intervals and the cloth is cut between the gaps to give tapes of small widths. Hydrocarbon free hessian cloth :it is a hessian fabric made from jute treated with vegetable oil and is totally free from the presence of hydrocarbon. Thus the fabric is free from hydrocarbon. Such bags can be safely used for packing of coffee, cocoa, peanut beans or other food grains without any contamination of hydrocarbon. Such bags are also free from any kerosenic smell.
Scrim cloth :it is an extremely light weight hessian cloth normally used by the felt industry to reinforce the non-woven fabric and for strengthening paper with lamination. Tobacco sheets :hessian sheets used for wrapping tobacco leaves for safe transit. Hessian nursery sheets/bags :light hessian pockets or sheets which are used for wrapping the root portion of plants which can be sown in earth as it is. Polylined/poly laminated :these are hessian, tarpaulin or sacking bags with a coating of polythene film or with a separate polythene bag inside. Purposes (Burlap Serves The Following Purposes) :-
Cloth is used for general packing of goods or commodities, such as cotton or wool.
